Clubhouse rentals are only available to residents of Heritage Lakes.

The rental fees are as follows:

Entire Club House - $100.00 for the first 2 hours and $75.00 each additional hour. The deposit is $600.00 which we HOLD till the event is over so we can assess for damages. 120 max Occupancy

Ball Room - $50.00 for the first 2 hours and $25.00 for each additional hour. The deposit is $600.00 which we HOLD till the event is over so we can assess for damages.60 Max Occupancy.

Billiard Room - FREE for the first 2 hours and $20.00 each hour after that. The deposit is $200.00 which we HOLD till the event is over so we can assess for damages. 20 Max Occupancy.

Craft room - FREE the first 2 hours and each additional hour is $20.00. The deposit is $100.00 which we HOLD till the event is over so we can assess for damages. 20 Max Occupancy.

Keep in mind if it is after hours you will have to pay for a guard during the hours the clubhouse is not open. There is however a minimum of 4 hours for a guard @ $24.00 and hour, the hours of the clubhouse are as follows.

Monday- 10-6
Tuesday- 10-9
Wednesday- 10-6
Thursday- 10-6
Friday- 10-6
Saturday- 10-8
Sunday- 10-6

In order to book the clubhouse you will need to fill out the rental agreement and provide a check for the fees and the deposit.

 NO DATE CAN BE RESERVED WITH OUT THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED ABOVE.             NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!

Note:  All Deposits will not be deposited till after the event, if there is ANY cleaning fees or damage to the facility the deductions will be taken out of the deposit and the remaining balanced will be mailed via USPS with in 30 days.

If there is NO cleaning fees or damages the original deposit check will be returned with in 7 business days after the event

 All fees will be deposited 2 week prior to the event. All Fees are refundable if the event is canceled two weeks prior to the event.
