POOL HOURS:
Lazy River (In season only) Sunday - Saturday 9AM -12AM
Upper Pool Monday - Thursday 6AM -12AM
Friday – Sunday 6AM – 1AM
Sunday - Saturday 10PM -1AM (*18 years of age or older)
(Lap Swimming only in the Upper Pool Sunday - Saturday 6AM-10AM and Monday-Friday 5PM-7PM)
POOL FACTS:
• NO LIFEGUARD ---- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
• An emergency phone is located in both the Upper Pool and Lazy River areas. Please note that the telephones provided are emergency use only – no dial tone is heard when you pick up the phone.
• A first aid kit is in the Lazy River area.
• Clubhouse Management is available during Clubhouse hours only. Clubhouse Management has direct authority to determine unacceptable conduct of any member or guest. All residents and guests who misbehave will be asked to leave the pool area. Clubhouse Management has the right to summon the guardhouse staff to assist in enforcement of the pool area rules.
• Please observe posted pool rules and hours.
• The outdoor pool facilities are not available for private party rental.
• General rules are posted at each pool. Adults are encouraged to assist the Clubhouse Management in keeping the swimming area clean and attractive.
• The pool will be closed during electrical storms.
RULES:
Safety:
• No children under 13 are allowed in the Upper Pool, Lazy River or Spas areas unless accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
• No diving, horseplay, fighting, dangerous conduct or noise, which disturbs the other residents, is allowed in the Upper Pool, Lazy River or Spas.
• Do Not climb on or jump from the rocks, fences or bridges.
• Safety equipment should only be used in case of emergency.
• No glass items are permitted in the fenced pool area.
• Toys allowed in beach entry to the Lazy River only.
• Use floatation devices that do not obstruct the flow of the Lazy River.
• No pool furniture in the pool.
Health and Sanitation:
• Children must be toilet trained in order to enter the Upper Pool, Lazy River, or Spas. No disposable diapers are permitted, but swim diapers may be worn if necessary.
• No pets in Upper Pool, Lazy River, Spas or surrounding gated pool area (This is a City of Frisco Health Ordinance. The City of Frisco will close the pool areas if animals are found within the gates.)
• No smoking in the Upper Pool, Lazy River or Spas fenced areas.
• No one with open sores, diarrhea, communicable diseases, etc. allowed in the Upper Pool, Lazy River or Spas.
• Proper bathing attire only. No cut-offs.
Food & Beverages:
• Absolutely no food, bottles or drink are allowed in the pools or spas. (This is a City of Frisco Health Ordinance.) Food and non-glass containers are permitted in the pool or spa areas.
• Any person who is under the influence of alcoholic beverages and becomes unruly may be excluded from the pool area.
• Members and guests are required to clean up their area when finished.
• Put all trash, bottles, etc in trash containers in pool area.
Behavior:
• No obscene language will be tolerated.
• All persons using facilities will conduct themselves in a courteous manner, with regards to the rights of others.
• Please be considerate of scheduled classes.
• Lap swimming only allowed in the Upper Pool, unless there are scheduled lessons or activities.
• Positively no reservation of chairs or lounges. One chaise or lounge per person.
Guests:
• Residents are allowed to bring six (6) guests per home. Residents are responsible for the actions and safety of their guests.
• Residents and guests are responsible for assuring that young children do not enter the pool area unless accompanied by an adult.

Up to 6 guests – Free (No deposit)
7-12 guests - $50 plus $100 deposit
13-25 guests-$100 plus $150 deposit
